The Wallace Collection’s move to Microsoft Dynamics was not straightforward, and the process was complicated further by the pandemic which put everything on pause for 9 months right at a crucial stage. We were incredibly grateful to the team at FlexRM who were flexible and adaptable in difficult and changing circumstances. With the previous system processing memberships took a while; we had to batch them and typically it took around a week from receipt of the membership application to welcoming the new member. Now, memberships from the website are processed automatically. Members apply, pay their subscriptions and are welcomed to the organisation all in around ten minutes and without our office staff being involved.

As part of a project for the Shared Service for London Boroughs of Sutton and Kingston Upon Thames, FlexRM provided an agile team including Dynamics Developers, a Test Manager and a SCRUM Master to deliver the Council’s requirements for the SLWP (South London Waste Partnership) project. When FlexRM started working on the project it was under high scrutiny and they were able to quickly integrate with the internal team and helped the Council make great progress with the delivery of the MVP.

After engaging FlexRM as our new Dynamics supplier, we soon realised what a great partner we had picked. They were diligent, fast to respond and clearly had expert knowledge of MS dynamics and data flows. Working with our partners they quickly developed a proof of concept for a new integration between our ticketing platform and CRM using their own licensed build . This would give us better management and control of membership and other aspects of our integrations, reducing admin and enabling future developments when needed. If asked I would highly recommend them as a trusted, reliable and responsive Support and Development partner, for all aspects of MS dynamics.  We continue to work with Flex and are lucky to have them on board.
